近期研究主题

以博弈论和经济实验为主要工具,对各类公共政策进行制度设计和事前量化评估,目前聚焦于资源环境领域,致力于从市场和机制设计角度为制定更有效的资源分配和使用政策提供前瞻性研究,贡献但不局限于下列主题:

·       全球公共物品提供:应对气候变化国际合作谈判机制研究

·       社区/农村公共物品提供:筹融资机制,成本分摊,社会网络结构

·       碳排放权交易机制设计:拍卖理论,一级二级市场信息传递,多种碳资产的关联与定价

·       水资源的分配和交易机制设计:初始分配,区域协调,二级市场交易

·       渔业资源管理制度的改革与实践:限额捕捞制度,资源养护补贴政策

·       多种生态产品价值实现与交易机制设计:林业资源,横向转移支付

·       信用评级管理与(纳税)遵从:基于大数据和数字经济背景

 

此外,还对下列问题有研究兴趣:

·       电力市场的定价机制与实验检验

·       三级委托代理中的监督与审计:中央-地方-企业

·       政府与社会资本合作的契约理论与实验

·       政府采购合同的契约理论与实验
